Mr. Jerry Franklin Guyton, age 78 of Winfield, passed away on Friday, November 13, 2020 at the Northwest Medical Center in Winfield. Mr. Guyton was born on November 26, 1941 to Henry Franklin Guyton and Hattie Chloe Brown Guyton. Mr. Guyton was a 1960 graduate of Sulligent High School. After high school, Jerry completed his Law degree at the University of Alabama, serving as legal counsel for his community for over fifty years. Mr. Guyton was a United States Air Force as Captain serving his country during the Vietnam conflict. He was a member of the Winfield First United Methodist Church, always taking an active role in teaching various Sunday School classes.

Mr. Guyton was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Franklin Guyton and Hattie Chloe Brown Guyton. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mrs. Jane Gilmer Guyton, his son, Jamie Guyton (Jennifer) of Winfield, his grandchildren, Morgan Guyton of Fayette, Brooke Guyton of Columbus, MS, Taylor Guyton Boston (Dylan) of Sheffield, and Grady Guyton of Winfield, great grandchildren, Riley, Asher, and Colson, and many other relatives, friends and work colleagues, and church family.

Funeral services for Mr. Guyton will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. from the Bowen Funeral Home chapel with burial to follow in the Sulligent City Cemetery. Mrs. Molly Jane Evans, age 72 of Winfield passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2020 in the Northwest Medical Center Senior Care.
Jane was born on November 16, 1947 to Carl and Louise Brazil, she was a graduate of Winfield City High School and was employed with Franklin Five and Dime, Munsingwear in Guin and Corbett’s Pharmacy in Winfield.
Mrs. Evans is survived by her husband of 48 years, Grady Evans, her children, Phillip Evans (Suzy) of Hubbertville, Stanley Evans (Dawn Pope) of IL and April Armstrong of Dora, grandchildren, Jessie, Tyler, Megan, Santana, Logan, Colin and Katie, 10 great grandchildren, sister, Elease Box of Winfield, and a sister in law, Carolyn Brazil of Winfield and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl Brazil and Louise Mayfield Brazil, son in law, Steve Armstrong, brother, Rayford Brazil and a brother in law, Willie Fred Box.

Mr. Kenneth Ray Isbell, age 56 of Winfield passed away early Friday morning, November 13, 2020 surrounded by his family and friends. Kenneth was a member of Piney Grove Freewill Baptist Church. He attended Amory High School and was employed with Clayton Homes.
Mr. Isbell is survived by his sisters, Brenda Coggins (Keith) of Amory, MS, and Kathy Wright of Winfield, nieces, Chasity Galloway, Mandy Lindsey (Jason), Leah Higginbotham, Rachel Jones (Jacob), nephews, Matthew Wright, Stuart Coggins and Charlie Coggins, great nieces and nephews, Layne, Suni, Devin, Caytee, Thomas, Jacob, Sara, Easton, Riley, Ada Rose and Ellie, a great great niece, Morgan and his fiancé, Karen Spiller. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil Thomas Isbell and Laura Francis Pearson Isbell and a brother in law, Brother Randy Wright.
Funeral service for Kenneth will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel. Brother David Crowe and Brother Eddy Ayers will be the officiating minsters. A private burial will be held on Monday, November 16, 2020 at the Piney Grove Cemetery. Mr. Dale Hardy Housh, age 77 of Winfield passed away on Saturday, November 7, 2020 in the UAB Medical Center in Birmingham.

Dale was born on September 2, 1943 to Aaron and Pearl Housh. He was a member and Elder of East Winfield Church of Christ and a 1962 graduate of Hubbertville High School. Mr. Housh was a Vietnam Veteran, serving in the United States Air Force from 1963 until 1967. Dale was a member and Past President of the Kiwanis Club for over 30 years. Dale always enjoyed helping out in all area communities; for the past 17 years he served as “Santa’s Helper” in the Fayette Christmas parade. Dale retired from Verizon after 32 years of service with the many local telephone companies, the last 19 years with Carver Doors. He loved watching his grandsons participate in their many sporting events, he enjoyed fishing, Alabama football, traveling, and most of all he loved the Lord. Dale was loved by all that met him, he always gave the best bear hugs and always had a smile, he never left you without saying “I Love You”.

Mr. Housh was preceded in death by his parents, Aaron Housh and Pearl Killingsworth Housh. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Dorothy Housh, his daughter, Marla Kizzire (George), grandsons, Joey Seals, Bryant Johnson, Drake Johnson, Rusty Kizzire, Hunter Kizzire and Samuel Kizzire, his brother Kenny Housh (Judy) and a nephew Kenny Russell Housh, and other relatives, church family and friends.

The funeral service for Dale will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Winfield City Cemetery.
