Mr. Thomas Michael Franks better known as Mike, passed away on Friday September 3, 2021.

Mike was born on July 30, 1965 to Garrison and Sara Franks and was a 1984 graduate of Marion County High School. Mike was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Mr. Franks is survived by his daughter, Catlin Franks, parents, Garrison and Sara Franks, brother, Randell Franks (Paula) and a host of other relatives and friends.

A private graveside service was held from the Mt. Willing Cemetery. Brother Donald Kivette was the officiating minister. Bowen Funeral Home serving the Franks family.

Mr. Howard Leroy Dickinson, III, better known as Roy, age 59, of Winfield passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2021.
Mr. Dickinson is survived by his daughter, Brooke Edgil of Hubbertville, grandchildren, Mackenzie Dickinson, Bell Edgil and Bailey Edgil, great-grandson, Koa Dickinson, sister, Deborah Oelberg, nephew, Cody Oelberg (Kayme), niece, Noelle Dickinson, great nephews, Taylor Hubbert, and Dalton Oelberg, great nieces, Madison Hubbert, Ashlyn Tucker, and Addison Oelberg.
Mr. Dickinson was preceded in death by his son, Billy Dickinson, and his parents, Howard Dickinson Jr, and Mildred McCay Dickinson.
Agraveside service for Roy will be held on Sunday September 12, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. from the New Liberty Cemetery.

Mrs. Teresa Hamner Berryhill, age 59 of Fosters, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. She was born on June 19, 1962 to Paul and Ann Hamner. Teresa was a member of East Brookwood Missionary Baptist Church and Sylvan United Methodist Church. She was a 1980 graduate of West End Christian School and employed with Tuscaloosa Chevrolet for 16 years.

Teresa is survived by her husband of 39 years, Ronald Berryhill, sister, Cyndi Elliott (Scott) of Moundville, children, Brandon Berryhill (Cassie) of Hubbertville, Veva Sanderson (Greg) of Brilliant, grandchildren, Jonathan Berryhill, Austin Berryhill, Allie Voss, Taegan Voss, Presley Berryhill, Payton Berryhill, Alec Shaw, Harley Shaw and Gracie May, her best friend, Kim Morman, a sister-in-law, Nelda Bishop (Curtis), brothers-in-law, Delacy Berryhill (Evelyn), Michael Berryhill (Helen), and a host of other family, church family and close friends. Mrs. Berryhill was preceded in death by her parents, Paul Hamner and Ann Anderson Hamner, a grandson, Preston Berryhill, and sisters-in-law, Robbie Whitehead and Wanda Lawrence.

A graveside service for Teresa will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. from the Boston Cemetery near Brilliant. Bowen Funeral Home of Winfield serving the Berryhill family.

Ronnie D. Spiller age 76 of Guin in the Twin Community passed away on Monday August 30, 2021. Mr. Spiller was born on January 19, 1945 to Versie and Annell Spiller, he was a 1963 graduate of Marion County High School and an employee of 3M in Guin, Al for 33 years.

Mr. Spiller is survived by his wife of 56 years, Judy Z. Spiller, children, Leann Spiller of Guin, Kim Huguley (Stoney) of Sheffield, and Stacy Spiller (Amy) of Guin, grandchildren, Josh Huguley, Jonathon Huguley (Samantha), Jacob Huguley (Cynthia), Kaitlyn Madero (Emelio), and Kaden Spiller, great-grandchildren, Natalie, Daniel, Everly, and Stella Huguley, and Amelia Madero, brother, Barry Spiller (Joyce) of Guin, and a sister, Lana Lawrence (Don) of Winfield and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Mr. Spiller was preceded in death by his parents, Versie Spiller, and Annell Nelson Spiller, and a brother, Bryan Spiller.

A private family memorial service will be held with burial to follow in the Center United Methodist Church Cemetery.
