Mr. John Cecil Mr. John Cecil "Johnny" Webb, age 73 of Brilliant, passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at his residence. Johnny was owner-operator of Webb Insurance Services in Winfield, a 1961 Graduate of Brilliant High School, and a United States Navy Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vence and Willie Hawkins Webb, a brother, Robert Webb, and an infant sister. Johnny is survived by his wife, Patsy Sexton Webb, daughters, Myra Webb and Mary (Shannon) Smith, a grandson, Declan Smith, sisters, Yvonne Morgan and Brenda Stroisch, brothers, Donald (Melba) Webb and Bill Webb, a sister-in-law, Gail Webb, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 5, 2016 from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Brilliant Memorial Gardens. Mr. Kelita NorrisMr. Kelita Norris, age 74 of Winfield, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 16, 2016 at Golden Living Center in Winfield. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louie and Mildred Weeks Norris, and a sister, Phylia Quay Norris. He is survived by his wife, Sondra Brock Norris of Winfield, sons, Jason (Tiffany) Norris of Richardson, TX, and Michael Norris of Winfield, and 2 granddaughters, Catherine and Nina Norris. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016 from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. C.W. Box will officiate. Brenda is survived by her parents, Mike and Betty McCluskey of Texas, husband and life companion, Danny Eads of Winfield, her children, Austin Porter of Winfield, and Aaron Smith of Brilliant, twin sister, Linda McGraw of Winfield, a brother, Michael Eugene McCluskey of Winfield, and half brothers, Brian McCluskey of Dothan and Matthew McCluskey of Detroit, AL. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Bowen Funeral Home. Memorial service will be announced at a later date. He was preceded in death by his grandparents J.B. and Modean Spann, and Hollis and Letha Eads, and a cousin Johnny Michael Spann. Todd is survived by his parents, Louie and Doris Eads of Winfield, his daughter, Hope Meherg (Mason) of Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri, a brother, Trent Eads of Winfield, grandchildren, Aaron and Avery Meherg, nieces and nephews, Monica and Joey Johnson, Preston and Aubriella Johnson, Morgan, Zack, Zander and Zeplin York, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
