Mr. Charles Raymond White, age 58 of Hoover formerly of Winfield, passed away on August 19, 2020 in the Brookwood Medical Center. Charles was born July 19, 1962 in Guin, AL to James Raymond and Martha Webb White. He was a 1980 graduate of Marion County High School where he was the class salutatorian, a 1982 graduate of Brewer State Jr. College, and a 1986 graduate of Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy. He worked in both retail and hospital pharmacies through the years, most recently being employed at Walker Baptist Medical Center in Jasper, AL. Charles was actively involved in Boy Scouts of America for several years as a troop leader and Cub Master, and an avid photographer. He especially enjoyed photographing the Auburn University Marching Band, being a die-hard Auburn fan. Charles was a Christian and of the Baptist faith. Charles is survived by his two sons, Christopher (Jessica) White and Adam (Amber) White; mother, Martha Webb White; sister, Melanie (Jim) Hughes; Fiancée, Joyce Randolph Miller; and a host of aunts, cousins, and other relatives. He is preceded in death by his father, James Raymond White, and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

A memorial service for Mr. White will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. service time at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to a charity of your choice. Mr. Roger Allen Ray, age 67 of Gu-Win passed away on Monday, November 2, 2020 in the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. Roger was born on April 25, 1953 to Howard Ray and Annie Lou Hawkins Ray. He was a 1972 graduate of Sulligent High School.

Mr. Ray is survived by his wife of 47 years, Janie Ray, his children, Donald Kilgore (Christy), Dale Kilgore (Lisa), David Kilgore (Teresa), Cathy Westbrook, Melissa Hollingsworth (Josh) and Megan Dodd (Jason), a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, four brothers, six sisters, his mother in law, Mary C. Cochran, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Ray and Annie Lou Knight and a brother, Jimmy Paul Ray.

Funeral service for Mr. Ray will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the West Alabama Memorial Garden in Gu-Win. Mrs. Toy Delores Ingram Bass, age 76 of Winfield passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2020 in the Northwest Medical Center in Winfield. Toy was born on February 21, 1944 in Winfield, AL to James Clifton Ingram and Gollie Mae Roby Ingram. She was a member of Brock Church of Christ and was employed at the Winfield Cotton Mill for 33 years as a spinner.

Mrs. Bass is survived by her children, Timothy Bass of Winfield, Janie Jones (Ricky) of Winfield and Pamela Self (Nathaniel) of Twin, six grandchildren, Monica Tucker, Natasha Gann (Brian), Mark Moss (Crystal), Jonathon Moss (Sara), Anthony Self (Tosha), Jessica Webb (Cory), ten great grandchildren, a brother, Bobby Ingram of IN and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Gollie Mae Ingram, her husband, L. D. Bass, a son, Mark Bass, sisters, Peggy Ledlow, Betsy Thrash and Patricia Duckworth, and her brothers, James and Gene Ingram.

The funeral service for Mrs. Bass were held on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Brock Cemetery near Brilliant. Brother Randy Howard was the officiating minister. The visitation be on Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. service time at the funeral home.

Mr. Ruben Christopher Harrison, age 49 of Winfield passed away Friday, October 30, 2020 at his residence. Chris was born in Fayette, AL on June 3, 1971 to Delbert Harrison and Linda Trimm Harrison Elliott. He was a member of the Union Chapel Baptist Church. Chris was employed as a truck driver for many years. Chris always enjoyed having a good time and making others laugh; always acting tough, but he had a heart of gold.

He is survived by his wife, Billi Jo Harrison, mother, Linda Elliott, his children, Justin, Julie, Maci, Ally and Devin, grandchildren, Michael, Colton, Alana and BK, sisters, Vicky Parker (Jeff), Lisa Simmons (Michael), Shelly Welch (Joey), Leiann McCrackin (JJ), brothers, Dewayne Harrison (Sandy), Randal Turner (Misti), Johnathon Turner (April), Adam Turner (Lisa) and James Beams (Michelle), and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Chris was preceded in death by his father, Delbert Harrison, grandparents, William Smith, Erah Smith Trimm, Eurl Trimm, Junior and Frances Harrison, nephew, Joseph Welch, aunts, Brenda Trimm, Anna Loyce Trimm, uncles, Ray, Milford, Alfred, Brookes, and Sherman Trimm.
