Mr. Randell Ray Randolph age 67, of Winfield passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022 in the Northwest Medical Center. Mr. Randolph was born in Winfield, Alabama on September 29, 1954 to Ray and Dorothy Hulsey Randolph. He was always a hard worker even after his retirement, he spent much of his life working in the Oil Fields as a Rig Manager. Mr. Randolph loved spending time and fishing with his buddy and grandson, Brady Hamric.

In addition to his parents Mr. Randolph was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Randolph, son, Keith Smith, and brother, Larry Randolph.

He is survived by his sons, Jeremy Randolph (Jolie), and Chris Smith, daughter, Reagan Hamric (Josh), grandchildren, Brandon and Skye Smith, Kendra Angwin (Davey), Kelsey Smith, Joey and River Randolph, Brady and Callie Hamric, brother, Derrell Randolph, sister, Teresa Cotton (Mike), and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

A memorial service for Mr. Randolph will be announced later by the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel.

Mr. Vester “JR” Sprinkle age 60, of Guin passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at his residence. Mr. Sprinkle was born in Peoria, IL on January 14, 1962, to Coniles Vester and Myrtle Louise Smith Sprinkle. Mr. Sprinkle loved his family and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.

In addition to his parents Mr. Sprinkle was preceded in death by his wife Teresa Behrends Sprinkle, sister, Kathy J. Borton, brother, Roger D. Sprinkle, and a niece, Pamela Brown.

Mr. Sprinkle is survived by his husband, Jeffrey Thomas Garrett, sons, Jacob Mikale Behrends his wife Shahanna Leigh of Guin, and Joseph Dale Sprinkle Of Winfield, daughter, Jessica LuAnn Sprinkle of Guin, grandchildren, Caiden Mikale Behrends, Lukas Andrew Sprinkle, Brylee Grace Behrends, Serinity Lane Behrends, Albert Lupe` Sprinkle, Bentleigh Mikale Behrends, and Oliver Leonardo Juarez, sister, Jeanette Seagraves, and Kayla Brown, nieces, Jennifer Harkness, Selena Castro, Brandy Sanchez, Amanda Sprinkle, and Mariah Sprinkle, nephews, Chad Westbrooks, Jason Brown, Jeremiah Sprinkle and Roger Sprinkle Jr., his fur baby, Pinky, and a host of great nieces, great nephews and other family and friends.

Funeral services for Mr. Sprinkle will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Siloam Cemetery. Mrs. Mary Box, age 89 of Winfield, passed away on Sunday, May 8th 2022 at Country place Assisted Living.   Mary was born in Fayette County on December 11th 1932 to LeRoy “Shorty” and Irene Lee Foster. She attended Winfield High School. Mary lived her entire adult life in Marion County. She was a member of the Brilliant Church of Christ. Mary was known throughout the community for her good deeds, her kind and loving heart, and always caring for others.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Billie Edd Box, her sons, Ricky Dale Box and Richard Allen Box, her brothers, Alfred Lee Foster, Terry Allen Foster, and Michael Scott Foster, and her sister, Betty Faye Sumeral.

Mary is survived by her son Billy Roy (Deborah) Box, her daughter- in-law Becky Box, her grandchildren, Cody (Tabitha) Box, and Lauren (Dillon) Haley, her great grandchildren, Brantley Box, Beau Box, Braxton Box, and Liam Haley, her brother, Bill (Betty) Foster, her sister, Pam (Dale) Sullivan, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives, her church family and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 10th from the Bowen Funeral Home chapel with burial to follow in the Griggs Place Cemetery. Jamie Long and Greg Lowery will officiate. Mr. Michael Byrd McCaleb age 68, of Eldridge passed away suddenly on Wednesday May 4, 2022. Mr. McCaleb was born on August 31, 1953 in Akron, Ohio to Johnnie B. and Ida Lou McCaleb. Michael was a 1971 graduate of Hubbertville High School. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to ride motorcycles in his past. Mr. McCaleb spent much of his life working as a truck driver most recently working for Atlaco Company until his retirement.

Mr. McCaleb was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Mazingo McCaleb, and his grandparents, Charlie and Flora McCaleb, and Wiley and Estelle Whitehead.

Mr. McCaleb is survived by his son, Shaun McCaleb (Ashley), daughter, Deidra McCaleb, grandchildren, Hailey Alexander, Ramiah Guyton, Deanna Guyton, Abby Alexander, and Leah McCaleb, parents Johnnie B. and Ida Lou Whitehead McCaleb, brother, Mark McCaleb (Jennifer), sisters, June Taylor (Ron), and Cindy Adair (Gary), and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family.

Funeral services for Mr. McCaleb will be held on Saturday May 7, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the White’s Chapel Church of Christ Cemetery. The visitation for Mr. McCaleb will be held Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. service time at the funeral home.
