Terry Wayne Howell, age 50, of Winfield, Passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. He was born on July 29, 1975, in Winfield, Alabama to Harold and Sue McDonald Howell. Terry was a 1993 graduate of Winfield City High School. He later attended Bessemer Tech, where he studied auto mechanics, and Bevill State Community College, where he completed studies in HVAC and electrical maintenance. For 19 years he was employed with 3M Manufacturing in Guin, Alabama. In his spare time, Terry enjoyed going to the lake, working in his shop, and spending time at home with his beloved pets, Cody, Gracie, Macy, and Lucy.
Terry is survived by his wife, Dana Ballard Howell, his brother Jimmy Howell, his nephew, Blake Howell, his stepsons, Nathan and Trenton Ballard, a special friend, Kimber Ballard, his aunts, Gaynell Dunavant, Betty tucker (Johnny), and Nelda Walters, along with a host of other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Sue Howell.
Funeral services for Terry will be held on Saturday, October 11th at 2:00 p.m. from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Whites Chapel Church of Christ Cemetery. The visitation will be held on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. service time at the funeral home.
