
Mrs. Audra Lee Addison Harbin, age 82, of Winfield, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at her residence. Mrs. Harbin was born on May 25, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois, during WWII, to Quinton Addison and Ruth Norris Addison. They moved back to Alabama around 1945. She attended Brilliant, Corner, and Winfield High Schools; she was a graduate of Winfield High Class of 1960. During and after high school she worked with Dr. Couch as a lab technician, she later worked for almost 30 years in the garment manufacturing industry, most of that time being spent with Health-Tex in Guin, AL. Audra was a member of the Winfield Church of Christ. She was a faithful Christian, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend as described in Proverbs 31. Audra enjoyed gardening, fishing, sewing, and camping at Bear Creek. She truly cared for the welfare and souls of people in the area.
Mrs. Harbin is survived by her husband of 59 years, Bill Harbin, son, Dr. Steve Harbin (Sandy) of Decatur, daughter, Kanda Calvert (John) of Florence, grandchildren, John Michael Harbin (Macie), Reed Harbin, Clint Harbin, Anna Harbin, and John David Calvert, siblings Shelby Allison, Gary Addison, and JoAnn Hollingsworth (Billy), and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Mrs. Harbin was preceded in death by her son, Michael, her parents, and her grandfather Joe Addison.
Funeral services for Mrs. Harbin will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. from the Winfield Church of Christ with burial to follow in the Goldmine Church of Christ Cemetery. The visitation will be held on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. service time at the church.

Mrs. Linda Jeanette Berryhill, age 90, of Vestavia Hills, Alabama passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2024 at her residence. Mrs. Berryhill was born in Glen Allen, Alabama to James and Lucille Hughes Stewart. Jeanette was a member of the Cahaba Heights United Methodist Church. She was a graduate of Hubbertville High School and later attended Montevallo University. Jeanette retired from Vulcan Materials in Birmingham, Alabama. In her spare time Jeanette enjoyed traveling.
Mrs. Berryhill is survived by 2 great nephews, Brad and Chase Stockman, longtime friend and caretaker, Linda Torrence, beloved dog Lady, and a host of cousins and other family members.
Mrs. Berryhill was preceded in death by her parents, James and Lucille Stewart, sister, Faye S. Perry, niece, Jan Stockman, and husband, Stanley Wayne Berryhill.
Funeral services for Mrs. Berryhill will be held on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 12:00 noon from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Glen Allen Church Cemetery. The visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon service time at the funeral home.

Mrs. Lovetta McCaleb, age 83, of Winfield passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 in the DCH Medical Center in Tuscaloosa. Mrs. McCaleb was born on March 7, 1941 to Marvin and Minnie Tucker. Lovetta was a member of the Tidwell Chapel Church of Christ and a 1959 graduate of Hubbertville High School. After high school she attended Hobson State Technical College where she earned her license in Cosmetology. Lovetta spent 22 years as a hairdresser and makeup artist in Thomasville, AL where she was the owner/operator of Family Hair Center and Merle Norman Studio until her retirement. In her spare time, Lovetta enjoyed reading her Bible, decorating, caring for her plants, painting, making pottery, traveling, organizing and planning events, and spending time with family and friends.
Lovetta is survived by her son, Michael McCaleb (Carol), daughter, Gina Dodson (Howard), grandchildren, Jase McCaleb, Tucker McCaleb, Anna Michal McCaleb, Hannah Still, Hunter Dodson (Stephanie), and Holden Dodson, great grandchildren, Atlas and Finn Dodson, sister Bonnie Davis, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
In addition to her parents, Lovetta was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray McCaleb, son, Jason McCaleb, and siblings, Simon, Bud, Freeman, and Tommy Tucker, Nellie Critzer, Eulene Tidwell, and Oneeda Kirkley.
Funeral services for Lovetta will be held on Sunday, October 27, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the New River Church of Christ Cemetery. The visitation will be on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. service time at the funeral home.
