Mr. Junior Lee Huguley, age 75 of Winfield, passed away, Wednesday, January 9, 2019, in the Northwest Medical Center in Winfield. Mr. Huguley was preceded in death by his parents, James and Clara Olene Weeks Harris, his grandparents, Olen and Fannie Weeks, and a brother, Willie Ray Huguley. He is survived by his sister, Clara Penton Jefferies of Hamilton, aunts, Nell Mayfield of Hubbertville, Martha Legg of Athens and Anna Cantrell of Mobile, niece, April Pfeiffer (Dan) of Woodridge, IL, nephew, Wayne Eskridge (Tasha) of Milwaukee, WI, 2 great nieces, Jenny Pfeiffer and Alisa Eskridge, a great nephew, Jim Pfeiffer, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mr. Huguley will be held on Monday, January 14, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Winfield City Cemetery. Bro. Mr. Wendell "Buster" Stough, age 57, of Winfield, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2019 at his residence. Buster was a 1979 graduate of Hubbertville High School, and worked in maintenance at the Winfield Cotton Mill for many years. Buster loved to coon hunt and fish. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luke David Stough and Eva Mae Bowles Stough, a sister, Evalyn “Bebe” Stough Lane, an aunt, Dorothy Baker, and an uncle, Theodore Bowles. Buster is survived by, Jane Berryhill of Winfield, his sister, Ava Hill (Robert) of Hubbertville, a son, Joshua Stough of California, aunt, Kay Roby (Rolland) of Eldridge, uncle, Delmer Bowles of Fayette, and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Buster will be held on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel. The visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. (service time). Mr. Terry Gene Heathcock, age 74, of Winfield, passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2019 in the DCH Medical Center in Tuscaloosa.  Mr. Heathcock was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Heathcock and Myrtle McCluskey Heathcock, wives, Rene Ingle Heathcock and Jean Payne Heathcock, a son, Gordon Heathcock, and two brothers, James Robert Heathcock, and Jerry Heathcock. He is survived by his daughter, Gail Gilliam of Winfield, sisters, Elizabeth Ingle of Eldridge, and Janie Griffith of Eldridge, his brothers, Thomas “Jack” Heathcock (Juana) of Winfield, Edwin Heathcock of Winfield, and Mike Heathcock (Pam) of Jasper, grandchildren, Coty Cantrell of Winfield, Victoria Sandlin (Jonathan) of Winfield, and his great grandchildren, Allan Sandlin, River Sandlin, and Shawn Cantrell. Funeral service for Mr. Heathcock will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow in the Old Union Cemetery near Eldridge. Mr. Danny Keith Loftis, age 62, of Winfield, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at his residence. Danny was born April 23, 1956 in Foley, Alabama to Dan Loftis and Wanda Faye Mills Loftis. He was a 1974 graduate of Winfield City High School, a United States Navy Veteran and an active member of the Winfield American Legion Post 100. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his father in law, James Norris. Mr. Loftis is survived by his wife, Debby Norris Loftis, his sons, Derreck Loftis of Jacksonville, FL, and Justin Parr of Winfield, sister, Tina Smith (Neil) of Macon, MS, mother in law, Martha Norris of Winfield, a nephew, Tyler Lawrence of Winfield, and a host of aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Danny will be held on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the West Alabama Memorial Gardens in Gu-Win with Military Honors presented at the graveside. The visitation will be on Sunday, January 6, 2019 from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. (service time) at the funeral home. Bro. Ronnie Elmore and Bro. Gary Markham will be the officiating ministers.  Members of the Winfield American Legion Post 100 will serve as Honorary pallbearers.
