Mrs. Rosemary Bostick Holt, age 73 of Brilliant passed away on Monday, March 29, 2021 in the Northwest Medical Center in Winfield. Mrs. Holt was born on July 2, 1947 to Herald and Vivon Bostick in Birmingham, Alabama. She was a member of the Goldmine Church of Christ and a 1965 graduate of Brilliant High School. Rosemary received her degree as an LPN and worked in the medical field around Marion and Lamar Counties for many years.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Adron “Buddy” Holt and her son, Jonathan Paul (Sheree) Holt her grandchildren, Chance (Haleigh) Holt and Pace Holt, great grandchildren, Lexton and Jensyn Holt, her sister, Martha Burleson (Billy Wayne), and a brother, Dwight Bostick (Fran), and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by an infant son, John Allen Holt, and her parents, Herald Dwight Bostick and Vivon Joyce Threadgill Bostick.
Funeral services for Mrs. Holt will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. form the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Brilliant Memorial Gardens. Mike King and Chance Holt will be the officiating ministers. The visitation will be held on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. (service time) at the funeral home.
