Mr. William Edison Youngblood better known as Bunk, age 87 of the Sand Springs Community passed away, Friday, November 6, 2020 in the Sunset Manor Health Care Facility. Mr. Youngblood was a member of the Whites Springs United Methodist Church. He was employed with the Fayette County Commission road crew for over 27 years.

Bunk is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, Carolyn Hawkins Youngblood, two sons, Greg Youngblood and Michael Youngblood (Delana), grandchildren, Jacob Youngblood, Jessica Baccus (Devin), Joshua Youngblood, great grandchildren, Oliver, Parker, Hannah and Emma, and a sister in law, Kathy Youngblood. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Youngblood and Claire Mayfield Youngblood, a brother, Fred Youngblood, an infant brother, and a daughter in law, Jan Youngblood.

Funeral services for Bunk will be held on Sunday, November 8, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the White Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery. The visitation will be held on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. (service time) at the funeral home.
