Mrs. Mintie Belle Tucker, age 84, of the Whites Chapel community, passed away Thursday, Oct. 13, 2011, in the DCH Regional Health Center in Fayette. Mrs. Tucker was a member of the Whites Chapel Church of Christ for 66 years. She was preceded in death by her Husband of 67 years, Shannon Tucker, her parents, Andrew and Ludie Tittle McDonald, Granddaughter, Windy Diane McDonald Tucker, great grandson, Clinton McDonald, son-in-law, Harold McDonald, 5 brothers and 4 sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Frances Tucker McDonald (Truman) Herren, grandchildren, Keith (Lisa) McDonald, Stanley (Tim) McDonald, Amanda (Kenny) Tranum, great grandchildren, Shannon LaShae (Bobby) Withers, Ginny McDonald, Molley Tucker, Daniel McDonald, Keela Tranum, Peyton McDonald, Tre Tranum, and a sister, Florence Johnston. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 15, from the Whites Chapel Church of Christ with burial to follow in the adjoining cemetery. John Brown and James Herren will officiate. Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m on Saturday at the church. Bowen Funeral Home of Winfield Directng.
