Mr. John Dennis Sexton, age 68, of Panama City, FL, fomerly of Winfield, passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2016 at Bay Medical Center in Panama City. Dennis was a 1966 graduate of Winfield High School and the biggest University of Alabama fan on the planet. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Grady and Lettie Lynn Sexton, a brother, Robert "Sonny Boy" Sexton, and a niece, Peggy Sandlin. He is survived by his daughters, LaFarrah Sexton Weeks, (Jay Cale) and Angelica Sexton and her fiance' Scott Miller, all of Panama City, grandchildren, Brendan and Kayla Weeks, other immediate family, Jena Woodham and Elliott Woodham, nieces, Margene Butler (Tony) and Susan Sexton Harris of Winfield, and his two favorite cats, Anna and Polly, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December, 27th from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be on Wednesday in the Winfield City Cemetery.
