Mr. Stephen Athel Guin, Better known as Steve, age 64 of Winfield, passed away on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at his residence. Funeral services for Steve are scheduled for Monday, February 4, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Winfield City Cemetery.
