Cynthia Juanita Webb Westbrook, better known as Cindy, age 60, of Winfield, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 6, 2026, with her devoted daughter by her side. Cindy was born on November 18, 1965, in Winfield, Alabama to Buddy Webb and Juanita Byars Davis. She was a graduate of Hubbertville High School after which she spent much of her life working in the healthcare industry before becoming disabled. Cindy will be remembered for her kindness, love, strength, and the lasting impact she made on everyone who knew her. Her memory will forever be cherished by those who loved her.

Cindy is survived by her one and only daughter, Shae Holcomb; her favorite son-in-law, Anthony Holcomb; her cherished granddaughter, Rheanna Holcomb; her brother, Greg Webb; her sister, Sherry Sparks (Barry); nieces and nephews, Nick Uptain, Jamie Webb (Danyel), Ashley Cain (Josh), Zach Odom (Chassity), and Jagger Odom (Michelle); and a host of great nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Willis David Jr., Juanita Davis, and Buddy Webb; and her grandparents, Arlington and Lillie bell Byars and Coley and Essie Webb.

The family of Mrs. Westbrook would like to express their sincere gratitude to Leslie Hobbler and Kier Vickery, who were the kindest caregivers; Gentiva Hospice; and to Dr. Gary Fowler and his staff at Winfield Family and Occupational Medicine for the compassionate care, kindness, and support they provided to her and her family.

Funeral services for Cindy will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Griggs Place Cemetery. The visitation will be held on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. service time at the funeral home.

Serving as active pallbearers are, Jagger Odom, Jamie Webb, Nick Uptain, Chad Harris, Anthony Holcomb, and Cole Fulmer. Honorary pallbearers are Mark Cunningham, Bob Bostick, and Dr. Kieth Debell.
