Carrol G. Stocks, age 79, of Haleyville, Alabama, passed away at his residence on Friday, July 17, 2026. Born on March 1, 1947, in Carbon Hill, Alabama, Carrol was the son of Carrol E. and Jewel Wilodean Tittle Stocks. Following high school graduation, he earned an associate’s degree in business. In 1966, he answered the call to serve his country by enlisting in the United States Navy and proudly serving in Vietnam. Following his honorable service, Carrol began a dedicated career with the United State Postal Service, from which he retired after many years of faithful service.

Mr. Stocks is survived by his wife, Youonia Stocks; his children, Rodney Stocks, Sonya Perry, and Vicky Page; his grandchildren, Craig Hollingsworth, tiffany Kennedy, Kristin Morgan, Destiny Perry, and Michael Wilson; 7 great grandchildren; his brothers, Bill Stocks and Eddy Joe Stocks; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Mr. Stocks was preceded in death by his parents, Carrol and Jewel Stocks.

Memorial services for Mr. Stocks will be held at a later date.
