Mr. Christopher Scott Randolph, 47, Winfield, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, July 8, 2026. Scott was born in Amory, MS on August 18, 1978 to Amy Adkins Meherg and Jon Michael Randolph. He was a 1997 graduate of Winfield High School, where he was a standout football and baseball athlete. Growing up, Scott gained a love for the outdoors, mastering the arts of hunting and fishing, both hobbies he continued throughout his life. He was a skilled laborer by trade and able to do almost anything with his hands. He was also a talented artist, a passion that brought him much joy and peace. Scott will be remembered as a gifted storyteller whose tales could leave his listeners hanging on every word one moment, and double over with laughter the next. Scott loved his family and close friends with all his heart and was cherished just as deeply by those who knew him. Scott is survived by his Parents-Amy Adkins Meherg, Cullman, and Jon (Stephanie) Randolph, John’s Creek, GA; Beloved Dog-Charlee; Sisters-Paige Randolph, Homewood, and Taylor Randolph, Huntsville; Brothers-Blake (Bailey) Meherg, Cullman, Ben (Mikela) Meherg, Winfield, Ryan (Haley) Parish, Headland, and Eric (Dana) Parish, Birmingham; Grandparents Janice Randolph, Guin, and Roger Adkins, Winfield; Nieces-Bristol, Anderson, and Bentley Meherg; Nephew-Banks Meherg; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other close relatives and friends. Scott is preceded in death by his Grandmothers-Judith Thompson Randolph and Mary Ruth Adkins; Grandfather-Dr. Gary Dane Randolph; Uncle-Sam Richard Adkins. A private family memorial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Kidz Outdoors in memory of Scott Randolph.
