Mr. Timothy Lee Norris, age 70, of the Twin Community, passed away at his residence on Monday, October 20, 2025. Tim was born on June 28, 1955, in Moline, Illinois, to James and Betty Heatherly Norris. He was a graduate of Marion County High School and a faithful member of Winfield Freewill Baptist Church. Tim dedicated over 30 years of service to the Fayette Water Authority before retiring. Following retirement, he worked as manager of Twin Water Authority, where he continued to serve until his passing. He loved the outdoors, farming, and antique cars. Tim especially loved spending time with his family and friends, hosting gatherings, and lending a helping hand whenever someone was in need.

Tim is survived by his wife, Alicia Norris, his sister, Vicky Kimbrell, niece, Angie Kimbrell, nephew, Eric Norris (Tasha), and a host of cousins, extended family members, and many dear friends.

Tim was preceded in death by his first wife, Wanda Norris, his parents, James and Betty Norris, his brother, Jimmy Norris, and his grandparents, Emerson and Annie Norris and Jeff and Marie Heatherly.

Funeral services for Tim will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. from the Winfield Freewill Baptist Church. Burial will be held in the Zion Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. The visitation will be on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. service time at the church.
